Best tacos ever. Sometimes employees act like I want liquid gold when I ask for 2 ranches? Ranch natzis!

Not the most cleanliness of places. We were dining in & waited what seemed like a long time. I did appreciate hearing the server say "I am going to check these to make sure they are fresh". Everything did taste good.

40 minutes to get through drive through. And it was only that quick because 2 of the 4 cars ahead of us have up and pulled away

I hadn't been to a Jack In The Box in 30 years. The 🌮's didn't disappoint me. They were exactly what I remembered. Greasy and not very good. Still, it reminded me of good times.Egg rolls were ok.

Put 2 tacos per bag so the sauce was soaking the bag when I got home. Was not very happy. Small orders are fine, big orders, ask for them not to be put 2 to a bag.

You need to look at fbook in Alton for pictures of your nasty food. I will say that all of your workers have been nice and kind. This is a management problem

I have only had bad experiences with this location. There are very rude workers on the night shift!

Long wait at drive thru

Good for a fast bite of food, quality of food different depending on crew, sometimes orders are not correct. But the tacos are still good!

Most deliberately slow service ever. I pulled in the drive thru at 1:03 and at 1:37 they hand me the wrong food and drink. It took them another 5 mins to make my correct food. Your employees could use correct training on how to expedite service before you lose a customer. It should not take 40 mins to get food with 3 cars ahead of you.

This is a great ice cream place and competes in flavor with many other commercial ice cream parlors within the city of STL. Went on a recommendation of someone. I could not believe seeing the cars waiting to order going around the building. It was a cold night! Wish it had a sit down place to serve. It might have this in the summer... The vinalla flavor is the best around town in my opinion.

Great fresh burger. My granddaughter said it was the best cheeseburger in ages.

They didn't give me my dipping sauce and they only filled the fry box half way.

Service is sub par but food is decent. Mornings are best.

Its a good place to take the kids they also have ice cream and cakes

If your order is correct, the quality of the food is usually surprisingly good. I can not understand why there isn’t a better drive through practice. It should not take twenty five minutes in line to receive a $7 order. Almost seems as if the drive through was designed to keep you trapped in line while you wait endlessly for your food to be handed to you by someone that acts like they hate their job.

I went there yesterday between 5pm and 7pm, I don't remember the exact time. The two working counter and drive through really did they thing for some newbies. The boy could use a little more work but you can tell he had a great partner to back him up. I barely had to wait for my food. I love the service,I wouldn't change the crew.

I really like this restaurant. The employees are always super nice when I am there. The food is always good and it’s fresh. The inside always looks clean when I am inside too. I’d recommend you stop by.

Had to wait almost 20 min for my order to be taken. I understand that its Christmas. The lady was too worried about drive thru to take my order

They have a decent value meal menu

This store has gone down hill.. never have the food you want. Just went at 230am and they are opened but not serving at this time... urgh and the store is old and ugly... close it up and bring something else in its place

I have stopped at this particular “24 hour” jack n the box 3 times in the last year at various times (12:30am, 1:30am and 10:30pm) and each time I was told that they were “closed at the moment” Why is a 24 hour fast food restaurant regularly “closed” at random times -especially at 10:30pm on a Friday night? They need to change their business information to reflect their true hours of operation if they are incapable of functioning as a 24 hr restaurant.

One star only because you cant give negative stars. The grill was broke so no sandwiches. No sweet and sour sauce and the lady the waited on me really need to put her hair up.

My husband n I have gone a few times to this location n each time their soda machine has been out of soda and very dirty the dinning room has also been dirty and floor sticky the customer service has been good so far they just need to take a lil more time out to thoroughly clean the dinning room...

Placed a mobile order- food was missing and incorrect

The hollapeeno poppers here are amazing. The tacos...get outta town. I love this menu so much and the great thing is it causes me to be creative, by that i mean i managed to come up with a new term, after eating here as always i had fire diarrhea or as i now like to call it firerrhea.

It was exactly what I expected it to be. Memories of childhood.We didn't have Taco Bell or any other taco places around growing up. So this was the only choice. This time we had lots of choices but decided to try it for old times sake. Not sorry. Just won't go back.We had the tacos and egg rolls. Should have tried a sandwich as well. Photos look great. Food. Not so. Egg rolls weren't bad. More over cooked than anything. 🌮's exactly what I remembered. Greasy and not very good.

They were great service on Christmas Eve when no other was open

Friendly and fast services 9 out of 10 times. But, NO place is perfect. So, if you want to buy super greasy fast food that you'll happily regret later, remember the employees and the hard work of its employees...Jack in the Box on Alby

My favorite fastfood restaurant! Especially the chicken fajita!

Its Saturday July 4 at 03:27, In drive thru for over 20 minutes just sitting because no one was taking order . Workers sitting in their car on their phone with one person in the building taking care of everything. The worker in their car then starts calling insults and names at the people pulling away. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tear this place down and it will provide better service.

Never go inside the restaurant. If there is 10 people in the dining area, they will ignore you and wait on the two people at the drive thru.
